Can I use DirectPaw if I also take bookings on Rover?
Yes. The products can serve different parts of your business. Keep Rover-originated relationships on Rover when its terms require that, and use DirectPaw for clients you sourced independently or are otherwise permitted to book directly.
Is DirectPaw a way to move Rover bookings off-platform?
No. DirectPaw is not designed to bypass marketplace fees or rules. It does not import Rover clients, messages, profiles, or reviews. It is infrastructure for the direct business you build through permitted channels such as referrals, your own website, local relationships, and independent marketing.
Will DirectPaw find new clients for me?
No. DirectPaw is not a marketplace or lead-generation service. You bring the client relationship; DirectPaw helps you turn it into a clear, paid booking.
Does DirectPaw provide insurance or a care guarantee?
No. DirectPaw provides booking and payment software. Independent sitters provide care and remain responsible for insurance, licensing, taxes, and their client relationships.
